perfect and absolutely fantastic hotel with efficient staff on the reception desk, everything was very good. the location in a shopping area was amazing and fantastic and there were a shopping area and a supermarket nearby. there was jipangue very close to the venue.

All the staff very helpful. Rooms very comfortable and showers good. Excellent breakfast facility as served from 7 til 14.00
No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms. Thought the price included breakfast (my fault for not checking ) but it would have been value for money if breakfast was included

The position was marvellous, cafes and eateries are walking distance to the hotel. The property was a lovely place for enjoying a business area.

Big hype, little substance
While the location is prime and staff seem eager to please, I was disappointed by the limited dining options and the front desk's mixed responsiveness. The room was decent, but inconsistent heating was nice. Breakfast was good, but the pricing felt steep for what was offered.

its is so close to the champs elysees . peaceful and helpful staff. As i am in paris at least 60 days a year it is a pitty you are not offering me a good and stable rate so i have to shop around on the net. for example the value this week was in the pullman rive gauche even though i prefer your hotel.

Convenient location for walking "tour" of Paris. Lovely room. Happy for internet access.
not easy to get information on best way to travel around the city and to go to and from airport or other tourist locations.

Nice rooms that are a bit small but no one can expect more in Paris. Free wireless internet was a real bonus. Overall, good for city trips and business.
The rooms were a bit noisy, as you could hear everything next to you or above but again in an old and charming building this is expected. I heard the breakfast with 25 EUR was highly overpriced for what you get but I didn't try it.
